Four years ago, I lost 190 pounds—over half my weight! The sad truth is that 97% of all dieters put the weight (or more!) back on within three years. I have managed to keep my weight off through hard work and dedication. This blog presents my journey and my advice on two equally important topics: how to lose weight and, just as importantly, how to keep it off.

Diet or Exercise?

I am convinced that we lose weight by dieting and keep it off with exercise.
